Magic SalesMap does not load
MAIN SYMPTOMS
Magic SalesMap keeps loading forever, and does not show the map.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
There are pop-ups that need to be authorized.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Execute the following steps:
- Open an incognito navigation window
- Login in Zoho CRM and access the MagicSales Map module
- Authorize all pop-ups windows that will start loading (check the icons on the right of the navigation bar (image below)
- Refresh the page
When all the pop-up windows are authorized, it can take until 5 minutes to load all data from CRM in MagicSales Map. Please refresh the page meanwhile to check if it is finished.
The usage of incognito is necessary only once, to help solving the problem. You can use the regular browser window later.
