Magic SalesMap does not load

MAIN SYMPTOMS
Magic SalesMap keeps loading forever, and does not show the map. 


POSSIBLE CAUSES
There are pop-ups that need to be authorized. 


POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

Execute the following steps: 
  1. Open an incognito navigation window
  2. Login in Zoho CRM and access the MagicSales Map module
  3. Authorize all pop-ups windows that will start loading (check the icons on the right of the navigation bar (image below)
  4. Refresh the page
 

When all the pop-up windows are authorized, it can take until 5 minutes to load all data from CRM in MagicSales Map. Please refresh the page meanwhile to check if it is finished. 

The usage of incognito is necessary only once, to help solving the problem. You can use the regular browser window later. 


If thers are no pop-ups blocked, and the Map does not load 
  1. Open the Chrome Browser and an incógnito window
  2. Log in Zoho CRM using incóginito, and access the MagicSales Map Module, allowing the location pop-up and any other pop-up
  3. Open the developers tools in the browser in the 3 dots upper right > More tools > developer tools

  4. A Dock Side will be opened.
  5. Adjust the Dock side a separate window

  6. In the separated window, select the Console tab, and Clear the Console

  7. Refresh the MagicSales Map page, clicking in the refresh button in the browser 
  8. In the Console Tab:
    1. Make a ScreenShot of the Console window, with the list of errors and warnings
    2. Right-click in any line in the Console Window and click Save as, to save the logs

  9. Send the Screenshot and the saved log file to us at support.msm( at )sagitaz.com
